If it's easy to clarify, why did you post stuff upthread about AC being told to refuse to carry an unlicensed American on a flight to Cuba and about being prohibited from flying over U.S. airspace if it didn't comply? This doesn't happen.

The OP has mentioned several times that s/he isn't concerned with how the U.S. government views travel to Cuba. The OP's question was whether AC will provide transport to Cuba for an unlicensed American traveller.
