I doubt there is any official protocol for dealing with left over sundaes; if there is its almost certainly to put them back in the cart to be disposed of upon landing. I suspect many FAs take it upon themselves to be more creative in the disposal of the ice cream by eating it themselves, giving it to other FAs or the flight crew, 2nds to F passengers, or giving it to passengers in Y. On the later, it could be GS, NonRev, kids, hotties, whoever.

I don't know if the FAs in the back even know if there are GSs in Y. I thought, at least domestically, the manifest does not include all of Y.
