That was my original assumption, and as people are responding that has obviously changed. As you mentioned they could be for friends, family, anyone. What's curious is that a poster above mentioned he/she got one. So it could just be something nice UA is doing sometimes for 1K/GS/whoever if they have extra sundaes.
