Amex (Starwood)
I am trying to apply for the Starwood Amex SPG card (which goves you 20k SPG points which you can conver to 25k AVios).

On teh online form it asks for your SPG membership number but only has space for 8 digits - my SPG membership number has 11 digits. Has anyone come across this problem?
