Rushed out of the United Club in ORD (Term C) yesterday and realized when I landed in DEN that I was missing my iPad (1st generation - who would want to keep this?). Call to the UC this morning was negative on it in the Club currently and pointed me to the web form which I completed (http://www.united.com/lob). I will be flying back through ORD Wed morning, so hopefully it will turn up in the baggage claim like the UC agent and other posters have mentioned.
