Hi Gadgetgal
May be same issue I had. My CW booking to KIN was the same, my seat greyed out, I could not select any seats, called them, due to change of aircraft, mine seat map showed 5 rows CW then 10/11 it actual only has 4 rows. Seems to be a computer error
