With such a late departure the next "morning" it would be crazy not to go into Kowloon or Central. The airport hotel choices are very poor compared to the in-city experience, and transport is very reliable plus runs long hours. Personally I like to stay at the Langham Place Mong Kok but dozens of other good choices.
