The name of the bank is actually Bank of America, not Bank of American. It is the second largest bank in the United States, with more than $2 Trillion in assets.
However, Bank of America is not the entity that processes payments for the fidelity credit card. It is a subsidiary called FIA card services. You can look on your billing statement to see where the payment should be sent, and if you have trouble figuring it out, just bring your billing statement to Walmart and tell them that you want to send a payment to the name and address listed on the billing statement.
