wow

currently waiting for my flight in YUL

i understand that it's Sunday evening

but as usual, there is plenty of alcohol, but it's been an hour now, and nobody has refilled the food corner

it is definitely not a business class experience

especially considering that the AF guy is hanging around with his ipad asking for passengers to answer the survey about the overall experience at the YUL lounge...

no other choice than feeding myself with chips, cheese and peanuts

what is left on the table is not really fresh anymore...

it's my second time here, and it hasn't improved in a year and a half....

next time i'll fly Air Canada to enjoy Maple Leaf lounge...
