However, when does the summer upgrade promotion end? If the upgrade can be requested within that period, M fares have a 14 day window, which can trump all status.
But as was stated earlier, M fare is often fairly close to Z. I know which one I'd pick
Edit: I should add that I've had IRROPS clearly put me near the top of the list, when I was previously waitlisted, but I've also had IRROPS move me from a confirmed upgrade to near the bottom of the list. So that's why I'm so skeptical of our guesses about priority.
