I am able to pay with my own cards and get reimbursed, but I HAVE to book my plans through a particular travel portal that is company owned (meaning I can't used Kayak, Travelocity, etc).

In regards to the credit cards, some of the ones you are recommending have like a $400 annual fee... It's still worth it?
