I think it's quite common for them to start at a lower redemption rate until they get established.

I've booked HI Notre Dame & HI Grands Boulevard at 15k when they first become available.

Or for the more optimistic amongst us ............. maybe it will even feature on the PB list like the CP - Avenue Marceau (Now IC).

I'm hoping that it will be 25k when it first opens - which will make it a mega bargain.
