The Hiltons I've stayed in the US have not had lounges, either have the ICs. I've used the lounges is a number of Hiltons, IC's and Crowne Plaza but they all seem to vary on their offering.

Is there anything that could make a meal (or even an appetiser) outside of breakfast? Is the breakfast offering a good alternative to the main restaurant offering?

If the food isn't adequate to make a meal, can you get room service delivered to the lounge? What is the drink selection like?

Was there a mini bar price list in the room? I'm wondering is wine is still on there, but they remove it for RAs. Usually that'd be a but I'm not going to be too annoyed if I don't get any wine, I looked at their regular room rates and they're not that high, and as a rewards night they'll be getting even less from me.
I booked the club room, the cheapest room category with club access, not the cheapest room without club access. They don't even offer RA to have free access to the club lounge even if one pays cash on regular room.

Although I find the food at the club lounge is so so, it's definitely adequate enough to make a meal. For breakfast , there are smoked salmon, some cheese, salami & sausage, yogurt, breads, croissant, canned & fresh fruit, and two pots of hot food, one is pancake & waffle and the other one is scrambled egg & ham/sausage. You can also add €12 or something to have full breakfast at the restaurant downstairs.

For evening hors d'oeuvre, there are also 2 main pots of hot food. Every evening the food is a bit different. I had skewed fish, skewed children, samosa, etc, and also some cold items, green salad, cheese plate and cake as dessert. The food lasts for 3 hours from 6pm to 9pm. Its definitely enough to make a dinner but again I find the quality of the food is so so, and not much of selection.

You can also read the stay reviews at ihg.com. Some people also complained the same thing about the food at the club lounge. I read it before I stayed there and set my expectation low so I were not so disappointed.

For minibar, yes, there is a price list in the room. There is no red or white wine or champagne. There are like 8 little sample sized bottles of liquor (vodka, whisky, etc), beer, orange juice, redbull, regular and diet coke, still and sparkling water, tonic water, etc.
