Which 3G frequencies does your USB aircard support?
How long will you be staying?
There are some options but the most ideal might be post-paid: TOT 3G superLoad, 2 Mbps with no FuP. Or My by CAT, which has 4 GB with a 384 Kbps FuP.
Most FuPs are getting lowered into the 64 Kbps to 256 Kbps range.
You could also just keep getting a new SIM or plan, as you reach your FuP but this can get expensive.
Since it is an AT&T USB aircard I'm guessing it supports (at a minimum) 850 MHz 3G, so TrueMove H and/or DTAC are options.
You could get a 5 GB/384 Kbps FuP from DTAC/Happy for 890 baht (before 7% VAT).

DTAC sometimes makes an on-the-fly "power up" option via SMS, so another 1 GB for 150 baht.
TrueMove H's 5 GB plan has a 128 Kbps FuP for 899 baht.
