I just booked this hotel for 12/22-12/28 on points.
During this period , the "paid rate" is over $1100/night for the 4 of us - 2 adults & 2 teenagers.

This is probably the best redemption value I'm ever going to get for my HHonors points. ^

Thanks to everyone for their posts. It definately helped us narrow down a property.

We can't wait.
