I had a great 2-night points stay at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. Would love it if all my stays as a platinum member could be like this!

As expected, security checked our vehicle on entering the hotel driveway. After entering the front door and passing through the metal detector and bag x-ray, a greeter standing in the front of the lobby asked my name. I gave my last name ("reLAX") and she recognized it and--without looking at any documents--confirmed, "oh, Mr Elvis reLAX?" She walked us to the reception desk, handled the reservation and rode with us on the elevator to the room. The room was an upgrade to a one bedroom, one and a half bath suite, probably 800 sq ft. They had acknowledged my room and pillow preferences and the entire stay was very smooth. Great lounge--nearly empty for breakfast. Best category 3 stay ever!
