I have both the Timbuk2 Snoop and the Urban Disguise bags - they don't look like camera bags, but any bag looks like it holds something of value.

Frankly, I think you have to be aware of your environment when you have a camera and have insurance. It was a few bucks a month on top of my homeowner's policy, and well worth the piece of mind.
