I did just now, Club World LHR-JFK 18 Sept one way on BA.com, I can see BA173 showing "Only 2 reward flight seat(s) left in this class" for CW.
I am not sure why you are not seeing that availability, unless you have the wrong date, route, searching return, or for more than 2 passengers.
