Tiny - don't want to burst the bubble but I'm on BA115 LHR-JFK just behind you on the 18th in WTP and have been checking upgrade availability daily. I do this by making a dummy avios booking in CW as the functionality to do so in MMB is not there [and a long standing issue with my bookings!] - an immediate error message when I try to upgrade. As a result I now don't see any redemption seats for the day which I understand to be the same bucket as upgrade seats to CW. But as you may know seats often *do* open closer to the time.

Happy to guest you in to Flounge [PM me] if you end up staying on your original booking/class but realise the overlap between our flights a little tight.
