What do you mean by ex. GCC? Wouldnt DOH-CAI in F be ex. GCC?? I am talking about the private car from the terminal to the plane...
In my experience, the BMW limo/private car-service is in practice limited for F on intercontinental/transocean flights only. That means that the intra GCC/regional flights do not apply for this servise, among them the Egypt flights. So you will be on the business bus service on transfer.
