Yes, Bio, but the only way BA could do that is to stop offering cash upgrade in MMB all together which they are not going to do as it would cost them too much in lost revenue. So really they have no choice but to honor the price.
Just because a price is on display , the company does not have to sell it.
It is very different to offering to sell something ( as per the other thread ) at X and then asking for Y at time of payment
