It is about a 40-50 meter walk from the stairs to track 6. Sort of hidden along one of of the shopping corridors. I think there must be signs, or you can look at the map at Schiphol.com
Anyone with a same day international 1st class train ticket, or a railteam elite card, such as GV+ as I recall. There's lounge details on the NS or Railteam sites.
