No it will not

If it believes that there is a breach of advertising standards that are under its control, it will address this with BA to ensure it complies in future

There is also no "bait-and-switch" - BA hasn't suggested get X for price Y and then tried to change X and/or Y ; all it has said is that the offer is no longer available
