Just applied for a new personal card per the first page of this thread. By the way, got a call Citi message after app went in via Chrome. I don't anticipate a problem. Contrary to what the screen message said ("Call right now") Citi desk is closed until morning.
Same thing happened to me...even downloaded Chrome to use after trying private private Firefox and IE. There are 2 little checkboxes that you have to click (terms/conditions)...after 5 tries I finally saw the one I kept missing. You would think after 4 Citi apps between my wife and I in 9 months I would would know by now. :-)
