Transfers me to David (JY) supervisor in Rates. Tells me it's a limited promo and only 2 or 3 seats available. No problem I understand that - so why is it still being offered to me? He says that probably the seats have been taken since I saw the offer. OK - so I log out and log in again. Still there. He then tells me it's probably my cookies. OK - clear all cookies from my browser. Log in again and still being offered.

Tell him that my wife is on same fight and that she isn't being offering the UG, but I'm willingl to pay the $714 to UG her + the $275 for me.

He's not interested and refuses to help a Gold customer. So BA lose $1000 from me and a ton of goodwill.

This is the little stuff that they don't understand does such damage to their image.
