Just applied for a new personal card per the first page of this thread. But, had to make several attempts in Firefox and IE where I kept getting an error message when I tried to verify the app. SSN, DOB and Security Question Answer were wiped out and app was not able to be made, even when I reentered the wiped out info. Finally worked on Chrome.

So, why is this happening?

By the way, got a call Citi message after app went in via Chrome. I don't anticipate a problem. Contrary to what the screen message said ("Call right now") Citi desk is closed until morning.
