Sure, they can ban you from GB, but they don't have the power to ban you from AccountNow, and other products. Neither do they know what SSN is used for the card that they are loading MPs to.
I agree. I've been banned by Gobank (GD) and now my GD card won't load anymore. My Rush card and Mango still works fine.
