Most convenient/farthest out DC Avis Station
I am landing on Friday, July 26 at 4 PM and need to head towards Hagerstown, MD.

Not excited about driving in Friday afternoon traffic out of DC. What Avis car rental is the most convenient to western or northwestern Metro station that would relieve us of most of the congestion?
