I've never heard of DL allowing a buy-up from one level to another, but they have typically run promos at the end of the year where you can buy MQMs. But that's been capped at 10K, so you'd still have to get most of the way to DM for that to work. You'd need to earn about another 50K MQMs before you could buy the rest and make DM.

Also DL has run challenges in the past where if you fly a certain number of RTs in a specified period you will be awarded a status regardless of how many MQMs that represents, but I haven't seen these lately and they've never offered DM in this manner AFAIK.

Just curious why you want to make DM at all costs?
