I would *NOT* reverse the charge with the credit card company . . . why invite problems from CBP? Besides, the fee is for the application and you got what you paid for-- you got to apply.
I'm just hoping it prompts someone to call. It's been over two weeks.
@Yoshi: I'd drive down, but its an 8 hour round trip, and owning my own business, it's hard to take a whole day off in our busiest time period. But you're right, it might be worth a shot if I can slot out a day.
