Log in to GOES and change your appointment online. It's done exactly the same way as when you scheduled it in the first place. If they don't have a time you like, just take anything out in the future and keep checking back later. They don't do rescheduling on the phone.
Doesn't work. The "reschedule" button goes away 24 hours before your appointment and it never comes back. Never.
