Great trip report. I'm pretty sure the amuse bouche on your return was called "Surf & Turf". I had the same menu for first serving on Monday's FRA-BKK flight. When I asked the flight attendant what exactly Surf & Turf is, her reply was "I don't really know". Hopefully they do take it out of rotation.
