In IC's your platinum status usually does not help. You need to purchase the Ambassador status for USD 200 to get an upgrade in IC's.

If you want club access, you probably have to buy it seperately or book a club room.

No, there is no free breakfast for plats in ICs, not even for Ambassadors or Royal Ambassadors.
