With a 9pm arrival you are unlikely to be at your hotel before 10.30pm so food / drinks / a walk are probably your only options. Shops generally close at 10pm.

Your dining options are likely to be limited to since many restaurants will do last food orders at 10.30 or 11pm though there will be some exceptions.

Drinking is another matter and you will be able to drink until the time you need to leave for the airport the next day.

SoHo (South of Hollywood Road) - Staunton Street - are of bars and restaurants.
Wan Chai - more "earthy" Mix of normal bars, disco bars and 'girlie' bars
