The ba.com website is not capable of displaying award-seat availability on BA's non-oneworld partners: AS and EI. To redeem Avios for travel on either of these partners, you must call the BAEC Service Center.

Only the lowest-tier award seats on AS flights are bookable with Avios.

And you cannot redeem Avios for an AA codeshare; you can only redeem them for the AS-coded flight itself.
