Delta wrote me back just a bit ago, threw some miles my way for not receiving the "best customer experience." I understand mistakes happen and hope that a simple mix up of tapes wouldn't result in such a HUGE fine. I just wanted to make sure this was caught so it could be corrected and better training of the FA to pay attention to the videos to make sure the customers understand what to do in an emergancy on the right aircraft.
