TPE 13 hour Layover Lounge and Immigration
I will be traveling to HKG via TPE on BR.
I am planning to schedule my flights such that I will arrive at around 6AM and depart to HKG at 7PM so I have enough time venturing out to downtown.
My question is if I can access the BR lounge for breakfast/shower and go through immigration and customs since there are no arrival lounge?
