Does anyone have more up-to-date info on this property?

Based on the Tripadvisor reviews it seems like this property is undergoing another renovation and that the general feeling is that the experience has slipped noticeably - dirty rooms/bad housekeeping, noise from construction, etc. I have a points reservation here for next week and can change it to another property, but I want to see if it is that bad before I do.
