Is there any issue since I also have a HK passport when I will be transiting through Beijing but will not be using it? Will they be aware that I also have an HK passport and not let me transit? Any recommendations on what I should do?
Thanks!
There won't be any problems, but since everything was booked using your Canadian passport, keep the HK one under wraps and don't mention it. The only possible reason to use the HK identification is if you for whatever reason reroute through Hong Kong. Otherwise, just be a Canadian on this trip and don't try to switch-hit.
