I called the ATL office 4x times and left messages, even called some other offices to leave messages to see if I can reschedule there. No return calls. Went to CBP web site, left message about the situation- no response.
WTH? As a last act, I'm going to reverse the charges on the credit card and try to start all over again.
Any other suggestions? There's no phone # for Global Entry other than the local centers, and they don't answer the phone- just voice mail boxes that are forgotten and ignored.
Log in to GOES and change your appointment online. It's done exactly the same way as when you scheduled it in the first place. If they don't have a time you like, just take anything out in the future and keep checking back later. They don't do rescheduling on the phone.
