Global Entry: can't reach them to reschedule
I applied for Global Entry and had my interview about a week ago. There was a sudden medical incident in the family, and by the time the dust settled, I realized I had not taken the day to drive down to ATL for my interview.
I called the ATL office 4x times and left messages, even called some other offices to leave messages to see if I can reschedule there. No return calls. Went to CBP web site, left message about the situation- no response.
WTH? As a last act, I'm going to reverse the charges on the credit card and try to start all over again.
Any other suggestions? There's no phone # for Global Entry other than the local centers, and they don't answer the phone- just voice mail boxes that are forgotten and ignored.
