I just stayed here, and had a pretty good experience. The check-in lines were ridiculous -- like a Las Vegas hotel on Friday evening -- but guest relations accommodated me as RA. The room and amenities were better than I expected -- the welcome gift was a set of three local soaps -- and I had a two-room suite with a back-side view.

One small touch of good service that I wouldn't have expected: I went to the breakfast buffet, which was not included, but didn't each much. (It really wasn't great, actually.) They presented me a bill for just "coffee" and "yogurt" totaling EUR 13 instead of the normal continental breakfast buffet price. Rather unnecessary but very thoughtful on their part.
