Maybe I missed some details :
- the first hotel retro claim was made using the dedicated tool you mention and it is them who mixed up the hotels, not me
- the car rental retro claim was maid using the same dedicated tool and I have no news since May this year
- I made a retro claim for a flight earlier this year without success (inconsistent message yet at that time)

So yes, I am definitely happy with the fax I can send from anywhere in the world for free using my laptop and which happens to be much more reliable that the tool
