Sorry for another baggage allowance question but I did a search and couldn't find this on the forum

I'm *A Gold with TK, due to fly with Eva Air soon in economy. I know that I will get an extra 20KG baggage, on top of the normal 20KG in economy, but is that extended to everyone on the same booking, or the card holder only?
