Got dropped off at the DEN airport Hertz location as usual and noticed a line of about 100 at the Gold counter. Turned out they ran out of cars and had people waiting for an hour for a car.

I observed everyone else complain with no success, but I figured it was a lost cause so I walked over to Enterprise.

Has this ever happened to anyone else before? I can't believe their attitude, they just threw their hands up. Didn't look like they had anything to offer for the inconvenience either.
