I've experienced this as well when booking partner flights through the UA website (occasionally with SK and LH for me). Sometimes they will show, sometimes not; sometimes they'll disappear then reappear. So long as you have the corresponding confirmation codes from the operating carrier and have confirmed that they have the reservation, you should be fine. It's a (sometimes) quirk of UA.com.
