The experience can be vary dramatically on random time/date factors. Occasionally you go through phases of doing it a lot, expecting nothing and getting nothing. Sometimes you're really excited about it and build it up in your mind - inevitably ending in disappointment; and every now and again you're really not expecting it, but experience a great human connection.

I love the flat seats, the LHR T-5 lounges (well, at least until the recent "enhancements"), and the Chase 241 certs that allow me to fly from SFO to Europe in C/F comfort for 100k miles + $2000. The IFE isn't bad either.
Also the structure of the EQP may enable me to get status faster than I could on other OW carriers. And I like the fact that I have never been transferred to an ICC!
