I've got a rental in Firenze for this October, 3 days. I booked via hertz.it (not logged in) because the price was literally 400 euros cheaper.
I see the following included
Collision Damage Waiver 12.00
Theft Protection 12.00
and the following additional options
Super Cover (Excess Waiver)
daily 42.35 EUR
Personal Accident Insurance / Personal Effects Coverage
daily 9.68 EUR
I have booked with my Ink, which is a World Elite mastercard. I believe that it includes primary insurance as well. Is this enough or do I really need to the excess? In addition, there were a number of options for Hertz rentals via Auto Europe that weren't available through Hertz. Are there any mechanisms for obtaining the same through Hertz or should I just reserve via Autoerope?
