Picking up this thread as I too have some questions and there seems to be no e-mail/contact info on the hotel website - though they do show a fax number - what's a fax?

I've stayed in several CT hotels over the years but don't know this one. The location is best described as suburban/industrial between Signal Hill and Table Mountain if I'm reading the map correctly, and a car would be useful.

Checking the hotel website, parking costs 40 rand, presumably per day, with no in/out privileges. Huh? Use the car park twice in a day and it's 80 rand? That's the first question.
Edit: I see that hotelscombined.co.uk says that parking is free, which is what I'd expect from a suburban DT, so why does the hotel website say it costs 40 rand?

They offer a free shuttle to the V&A Waterfront. Great, but there's no info on timings, first/last etc. The Hilton Cape Town shuttle stops at about 6 p.m. IIRC, though they did take us there in a limo at about 6 p.m. one evening and collected us a couple of hours later. So what's the DT shuttle timetable?

Thanks for advice. I hope I don't have to find a fax machine ...
