I am an expat living in Australia planning to visit the USA soon. I want to order some backpacks from eBags that I can't get over here and take advantage of the cheap prices. In the past I have had packages sent to my Mom's but she is in her mid 80's and has health issues. It doesn't appear that eBags offers a signed receipt delivery, they only have standard and 2 day. I don't care about the speed as long as they arrive within a few weeks of ordering them. I do care that they are not left on the doorstep where someone can steal the package. This is in Central California. I don't know if they use UPS or USPS.

Any ideas?
